Debra is an active collaborator, true to her profession as a mediator, and promotes partnerships to effectively achieve desired results. She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and recognized as an Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation. In 2004, Debra was recognized by the greater Los Angeles Federal Executive Board (FEB) for her contributions as a Sr. Mediator and Mediator Mentor for the EEOC SMART Program for federal government employees and is a Workplace Mediator for the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC). |
