Marjorie Munroe has a certificate in conflict resolution and third-party intervention from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and she currently serves on the roster of the Alberta Justice Civil Mediation Program as a mediator and mentor.
Marjorie’s work has spanned the range of the PULSE services, from mediation training and coaching, to group facilitations and workplace harassment investigations. Her mediation experience includes workplace disputes in union and non-union environments and commercial disputes. Currently, Marjorie is working closely with Dr. Love developing and delivering workplace training programs.
A background in consultative sales has helped Marjorie build a strong foundation for facilitating conversations in the workplace to achieve mutual understanding. Marjorie joined the PULSE Institute after working in the publishing industry both as an acquisitions editor and sales consultant.
A passion for literacy has driven Marjorie in a rich volunteer life with Calgary Reads (An Early Literacy Initiative). Currently she is the Chair of Fund Development. Experience in the not-for-profit sector has proven valuable in increasing her understanding of what motivates people to succeed. |
