Coaching for Performance, Powered by PULSE (2 days) Gain understanding of the principles, and through practice gain confidence in leading an effective coaching conversation. The PULSE coach asks positive questions, leading to positive change. The PULSE coach is detached (but not disinterested), emotionally mature, loyal to the process, trustworthy and aware. The PULSE coach holds a safe space for speaking and listening, ensuring the client will be heard and understood. The PULSE Coach holds the client capable of resolving their own circumstances, and understands they are doing the best with what they know. |
