PULSE is committed to changing relationships one conversation at a time. The PULSE mandate is to have people use language skills effectively to clarify communication, enhance interactions and improve relationships. The PULSE focus involves being prepared for the conversation, uncovering the circumstance for the conversation, learning what is significant in the conversation, searching for possibilities based on the conversation and explaining a plan of action to move beyond the conversation.
In other words PULSE provides a frame for preparing for conversations, uncovering circumstances from the past, learning what is significant in the present, searching possibilities is for the future, and, explaining commitment.
PULSE conversations result in mutually agreeable, sustainable outcomes, no matter where or how they are used. PULSE conversations incorporate knowledge of the physiological, psychological and emotional forces at work in dialogue. Conversations with clients, coworkers, colleagues and CEO’s are better with PULSE. In fact the PULSE Conversation for Change may even improve communication at home.
PULSE offers a 30 day leadership certificate program, designed to be taken over a 10 months. PULSE has developed a comprehensive program which integrates training on the PULSE Conversation for Change, and PULSE Leadership.
PULSE courses are available in separate components or combined as a PULSE Certificate Program (30/35 days), or as a customized Certificate Program for Organizations. |

| Beyond Leadership is a program that tests the mettle of future leaders by training them in the theory of conflict management and leadership, and then forcing them to make decisions in a team environment while under stress. Organizations benefit with the means to evaluate potential leaders, and participants benefit with the real opportunity to evaluate their strengths. |
| Beyond Leadership consists of specific Conflict Management and Leadership instruction, demonstration, imitation, and examination in theory and skills. Building upon the leadership principles derived from the armed forces leadership programs, participants gain understanding of the different styles of leadership throughout different professional communities. |
| The “Boot Camp for Executives” concludes with a Black Tie, 5 Star, State Dinner with a keynote speaker. The purpose of the final event is to provide a forum for reviewing the etiquette and format of a formal event, and coaching on speeches and toasts. |
