PULSE is committed to changing relationships one conversation at a time. The PULSE mandate is to have people use language skills effectively to clarify communication, enhance interactions and improve relationships. The PULSE focus involves being prepared for the mediated conversation, uncovering the circumstance for the conversation, learning what is significant in the conversation, searching for possibilities based on the conversation and explaining a plan of action to move beyond the conversation and restore the relationship.
In other words PULSE provides a frame for preparing for work place and other types of mediation, uncovering circumstances from the past, learning what is significant in the present, searching possibilities is for the future, and, explaining commitment for a better working relationship in the future than they had in the past.
PULSE mediations result in mutually agreeable, sustainable resolutions, no matter where or how they are used. PULSE conversations incorporate knowledge of the physiological, psychological and emotional forces at work in dialogue. Mediations that involve clients, coworkers, colleagues and CEO’s are more likely to resolve differences with PULSE. In fact the PULSE Conversation for Change may even improve communication at home.
PULSE offers a 30 day mediator certificate program, designed to be taken over a 10 months. PULSE has developed a comprehensive program which integrates training on the PULSE Conversation for Change, and PULSE Mediation.
PULSE provides an enjoyable and rewarding learning experience. (See www.pulseinstitute.com).
PULSE courses are available in separate components or combined as a PULSE Certificate Program (30 days), or as a customized Certificate Program for Organizations in need of quality training programs for their in house mediators. |
