The purpose of the PULSE Train-the-Trainer retreat is to prepare trainers in the PULSE Learning Conversation. Using the unique PULSE Frame, you will explore and deconstruct the learning process and explore:
The Evolution of PULSE The dimensions of the PULSE Frame The Assumptions of the PULSE Appreciative Approach Integration of the skills and psychological deliberateness of the exercises that makes PULSE training sustainable Individual Appreciative Intelligence score The comprehensive wisdom of the PULSE Enneagram Understanding the theory and principles of the PULSE Learning Conversation The confidence to teach any course of your choosing using the PULSE Frame The skills to connect with an adult audience in a manner which empowers learners Upon completion of this powerful learning experience, you will be equipped with the ability to: Integrate the PULSE way of teaching and thinking - Prepare, Uncover, Learn, Search, and Explain - into your own or your organizations programs. Apply the PULSE frame to any training and/or other responsibilities you carry out in your organizational situation. Deliver and facilitate PULSE programs internally or externally to your own organization by acquiring a PULSE license.
Your instructor, Dr. Nancy Love, PhD, MEd, BEd, will share her experience and expertise as an educator. Your training will put you in a position to become a PULSE Associate or a PULSE Licensee and you will also be prepared to PULSEify any training you presently do.

I have written PULSE Conversations for Change for past, present and future PULSE practitioners. If you know about PULSE, this book will deepen your understanding of the frame and its applications. If you are presently learning about PULSE, this book will add to your understanding of the process and its principles.
