Harassment and Discrimination is illegal in Canada according to National and Provincial Human Rights, and in the United States according to U.S. Labor Laws and the Constitution.
The PULSE Institute offers:
  • Investigations
  • Workplace Review
  • Policy Review
A neutral third party investigation into harassment complaints in your organization will provide you with the means to determine the validity of a complaint, its potential impact, and what actions should − or should not − be taken. By acting quickly and responsibly in employing a neutral third party, negative effects of a harassment allegation can be mitigated. Costs associated with ignoring or avoiding complaints of harassment or discrimination lead to loss of an effective workplace, loss of time on the job, poor productivity, dysfunctional relationships within an organization, and could result in litigation resulting in large settlements being awarded to the complainant.
A workplace review will provide the framework for elimination of harassment, discrimination, and racism in the workplace through education. Your employees will benefit with increased protection from litigation and your organization will benefit from less time lost to harassment, racism, and discrimination complaints.
A thorough policy review within your organization will ensure guidelines are established to address all complaints and concerns in a uniform, timely, and effective manner.
