The PULSE Institute offers an international network of professional mediators to achieve dispute resolution when an organization – or its employees – are experiencing short-term or ongoing conflict. PULSE offers full mediation case management services, design and implementation of ADR (appropriate dispute resolution) systems for organizations, as well as consultation and coaching to individuals and organizations in conflict. PULSE teaches its highly effective mediation model and strategies to individuals within organizations seeking to build conflict resolution skills as well as professional mediators who wish to sharpen their mediation skills and expand into workplace mediation.
Mediation is a collaborative conflict resolution process in which two or more parties in dispute are guided in their negotiation by an impartial third party. The parties are empowered to voluntarily reach their own mutually acceptable resolution of the issues in dispute. A mediation settlement results from mutually agreeing to future actions based on current understanding of past behavior.

Employees, managers, teams, families, organizations and communities all benefit when decisions that affect relationships, finances, business and life take full range of human possibility into account.
